Challenges We Faced
Smooth flow of data from the existing dedicated platform for the smart ring and the logistics apps to the all-in-one platform became an obstacle to development. Especially in the results from the lab, there was a mismatch in the layout that disrupted the integration process.
Inconsistent data formats from the patient’s health status caused initial difficulties in synchronizing with the digital platform. Integrating the raw data collected from the patient’s smart ring with the platform required meticulous planning.
Continuity in healthcare delivery was the overarching aim. The app workflow has to be simple and straightforward while enabling hospitals to collect patients’ medical history and home samples and suggest a consultation.
The gaps in care continuity reflected the absence of a healthcare system that can coordinate care, medicines, diagnostics, emergency support, consultation, and lifestyle monitoring.
Patients have recorded difficulties in understanding the prescriptions of doctors. Clarity of how they are being treated by their doctors, dietitian support on their nutrition levels, and eliminating missed follow ups required adequate assistance.

How We Overcame Obstacles
We rethought our approach and implemented data profiling and parallel processing to ensure a steady stream of data. Seamless data transmission helps dieticians and doctors assess the wellness of patients.
Data alignment disrupted our integration, but we responded swiftly and leveraged the database to bring an order that presented data in a way that the healthcare platform could understand better and deliver it to the medical professional.
The digital platform was developed to support integrations with third-party APIs, including smart ring, lab API, ABHA health card, Delhivery, and online video/ audio call. Users can register on the platform and subscribe to a plan to book a doctor consultation and access personalized diet plans.
E-prescription clarifies the medicines a patient has to take and pharmacies to maintain a clean record of the prescriptions for a patient. Dieticians suggests plans based on their 3-day food intake history and their dietary preferences.
The expansion of medical services on the platform posed a challenge that we tackled using a strong tech stack that enhances integration capabilities. The platform architecture was inclusive of all aspects that support continuity, adherence, and informed care.
Project’s Research
The dedicated modules in the app comprise consultation of a dietician and a physician, diagnostics and assessment, gamification, emergency support, and home-health services. Its subscription packages impact the level of monitoring and assistance.
The platform collects health data from patients and secures it in an encrypted format in the database with access controls. Documents generated by the app have a digital signature to guarantee originality.
Voice-activated SOS, 3-tier contact layer, local language support and one-tap ambulance are the advanced functionalities in the app that set our app apart from the standard healthcare apps.
Automation systems are placed at the core of the healthcare platform development. Automated reminders on meds, sleep timings, food intake, and next consultations build efficiency in offering health services.
